1. How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 8 to 12 business days. We ship in bulk once we meet our minimum order quantity. This helps reduce environmental impact. Thank you for supporting a more sustainable approach.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our tracking page to follow your delivery. Check your spam folder if the email is not in your inbox. Tracking may take a few days to activate.

3. My package has not arrived after 10 business days. What now?

We are sorry for the delay. First check your tracking status for the latest updates. Sometimes parcels are delayed at customs. Most orders arrive within 3 extra business days. If it has been more than 13 business days, contact us and we will help you.

4. Can I cancel or update my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes might not be possible anymore.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
